What Each Role Looks Like
Ambassador Ambassadors are the friendly face of NBHSAF in the community. If you enjoy building relationships, starting conversations, and connecting people to causes they care about — this role is for you. Ambassadors reach out to local businesses, community organizations, and neighbors to build awareness and support for the foundation and its students.
Industry Mentor Industry Mentors bring something no classroom can replicate — real world experience. Working directly with students exploring career pathways, Mentors help them understand what today’s workplace actually looks like and what skills employers value most. Mentors also work alongside our board to help shape the foundation’s understanding of emerging workforce needs — ensuring our scholarships stay relevant and our students stay competitive.
School Representative School Representatives are NBHSAF’s connection to the next generation. Working directly with New Berlin West and Eisenhower High Schools, Representatives ensure that students and guidance counselors know about the foundation, understand the scholarship program, and have everything they need to apply. We are looking for one or two dedicated Representatives at each school.
Newsletter Stay connected with everything NBHSAF is doing. Our monthly newsletter features upcoming events, foundation news, scholarship program updates, and stories from the students your support is helping. Sign up below and we’ll keep you in the loop.
