Our Alumni — The Heart of NBHSAF

Every foundation needs a reason to exist. Ours was simple — New Berlin students deserved more opportunities, and the alumni of West and Eisenhower High Schools were in a unique position to make that happen. From a Fourth of July parade to scholarship award ceremonies, our alumni show up. They give, they volunteer, they believe — and because of them, NBHSAF is growing stronger every year.

Why Alumni Give

It Starts With Roots Whether you graduated last decade or fifty years ago, New Berlin shaped who you became. Supporting NBHSAF is a way of honoring that — of saying that the community that invested in you is worth investing in too. Our alumni donors come from across Wisconsin and beyond, but their connection to New Berlin never left.

It Creates a Lasting Legacy A scholarship doesn’t just pay a tuition bill. It changes the direction of someone’s life. Alumni who support NBHSAF are building something that will outlast any single gift — a tradition of generosity that future graduates will one day carry forward themselves.

It Strengthens the Workforce Vocational and technical graduates enter fields that communities depend on every day — automotive technology, healthcare, IT, the building trades, and more. Alumni support ensures that southeastern Wisconsin has a steady pipeline of skilled, work-ready professionals for generations to come.

It Keeps the Community Strong New Berlin is more than a place on a map — it’s a community with deep roots and a strong sense of pride. Alumni contributions to NBHSAF reinforce that pride and ensure that the next generation of students has every opportunity to build something meaningful here.

It Matters More Than You Know NBHSAF donors don’t just give once — they come back year after year because they believe in what we’re building. Some are lifelong New Berlin residents. Some moved away decades ago and still feel the pull of home. What they share is a conviction that the next generation deserves the same opportunities they had — and more. Every contribution, at every level, makes a difference.

You don’t have to write a large check to make a lasting impact. You just have to believe that New Berlin students deserve a chance — and be willing to help give them one.
